I like the idea, but having evaluated many of these new internet based cloud, SaaS and etc. services i still wonder how company should be able to effectively compare the ROI on these services. One needs to have really experienced technical staff to be able to understand the drawbacks when it comes to offline usage and effective utilization of all the different services. Calculating costs on hourly based services is not exactly easy, so predictions based on the company's current business model will be difficult. The interesting point will be to understand how to make process/business model changes to get the best out of these services. But every new thing that will brake-down the command-and-control models is already an excellent thing and should be taken seriously by the business people.
